lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report as there were a number of concerning aspects contained within it, particularly in relation to fracking. I have always been very vocal in my opposition to fracking, which has the potential to cause serious environmental pollution and damage to fish stocks and livestock. It also poses a very real threat to the success of our farming industry, the tourism industry and the health and safety of rural communities. Moreover, in many places in the text, it calls for the completion of the internal energy market and ignores the rights of Member States to determine their own energy policy, which runs completely contrary to the principle of subsidiarity. It was for these reasons that I voted against this report."@en1
