"Mr President, that is the second time today that you have ignored me when I was expressing good manners, standing up and doing the appropriate call for a motion. I wish to call attention to Title VII, Chapter 6 of the Rules of Procedure, ‘Interruptive and Procedural Motions’, Rule 191: ‘Suspension or closure of the sitting’. This morning I raised this point before you. You stood up and walked away. You left me without answering my question. If 40 Members of this Chamber decide to stand up at this moment, we are entitled to have a vote on whether we suspend the motions and sitting today in response to the disgraceful treatment we have had over the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership issue. This will send out a strong message to our constituents that we are supporting them. So I am asking that 40 Members of this Chamber stand up, and we are entitled to a vote to suspend this sitting under Rule 191. Will 40 Members please stand up, if they support that opportunity?"@en1
