lpv:spoken text	"I vote with my EPLP colleagues in favour of this resolution because it calls for a distinctive roadmap for LGBTI rights which is not subsumed into the gender equality strategy, for a binding legislative act on violence against women, and for measures to increase women’s participation in the labour market and improve pay and working conditions. It also supports women’s human rights being included in all EU partnerships and bilateral negotiations and it stresses a number of issues relating to paternity leave, parental leave and flexible working, including 10 days of paternity leave."@en1
