lpv:spoken text	"The European Unionʼs signing and ratification of the UN Convention was a landmark step, but this resolution allows me to express regret that Parliament and disabled peopleʼs organisations were not consulted about the implementation report submitted by the Commission, and to call for them to be included now both in the preparation of answers to the List of Issues and in the European Union delegation to take part in the Constructive Dialogue in Geneva when they are debated. The Commission says that it supports the ʽNothing about us, without usʼ call, and I hope it will respect it, in this most important opportunity for the lives of disabled people."@en1
