lpv:spoken text	"In order to create more green opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises in the EU we must take the lead on implementing green policies available to businesses and not burden them with heavy regulatory frameworks. SMEs count for 90% of all EU businesses, and around 45% of SMEs are considered to have a high environmental impact. The majority of these contribute, in some way, to reducing the environmental footprint, such as recycling and minimising waste. However, there are so many more measures that SMEs can be encouraged to take up. This is why it is important for the EU to offer specialised green investment plans to businesses across the EU."@en¹
