Ahead of the Third International Conference on Financing for Development, being held this July in Addis Ababa, it calls for 0.7% of GNI to be recommitted to development aid, despite many Member States being reluctant to do so. It also calls for the establishment of an intergovernmental body on tax matters, under the auspices of the United Nations, as well as international corporate tax rules including the principle that taxes should be paid where value is extracted or created. My constituents in Wales feel strongly about fair taxation, tax justice and countering tax evasion."@en1
