lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this joint motion for a resolution calling for the immediate release of former president Mohamed Nasheed, who is being tried on questionable charges in the Maldives. The joint motion calls for respect for the rule of law, due process, an independent judiciary, fair trials and civil and political rights. Furthermore, it calls for an end to violence against protesters, condemns the reintroduction of the death penalty, and calls for a full investigation into the disappearance of a reporter. It was for these reasons that I voted in favour."@en1
