lpv:spoken text	"I supported the report on the 2013 discharge for the European Training Foundation. Once again I was pleased to see the Rapporteur included the Opinion of the Employment and Social affairs Committee in the final report. I note the final budget of the Foundation for 2013 had a decrease of 0.1% compared to the previous year. The ETF is also to be commended on its 99% achievement rate of targets set out in its four work programmes and the progress made on VET reform through the Torino Process. It is also worth noting the ETF´s approach to communicating its work to EU citizens in a clear and comprehensible way as they are its main target. It is vital that other agencies aim for this also."@en1
