"Mr President, the next 30 Czarnecki reports have no amendments tabled to them, so I wonder whether Article 174(7) of our Rules could be applied by analogy. This allows for a block vote on amendments. Perhaps, by analogy, the same rule could be used exceptionally in this case for the individual reports in question, none of which have any amendments tabled for them, and all of which, I am quite sure, have a majority in this House."@en1
