lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this Report. This report is concerned with the re-integration into the labour market of workers who have been made redundant. The Fund plays a vital role in ameliorating what is a very distressing situation for workers who have found their whole livelihoods placed into disarray. In what is often a very harrowing situation, it is important to focus on positive and constructive options which are available. However, I would like to add a general qualification that no Government should use this fund as a justification for making workers redundant."@en1
