lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report because there is an urgent need to protect sea bass. According to scientists, sea bass in the Celtic Sea, Channel, Irish Sea and southern North Sea are suffering from a rapid decline that risks leading to a collapse if no action is taken. The current fishing mortality is almost four times as high as the stock can sustain. In name of biodiversity, this situation needs to be urgently reversed. Sea bass, moreover, is one of the most valuable fish on which many people in the fishing industry, especially small fishing enterprises, depend."@en1
