lpv:spoken text	"I voted in support of this resolution as it strongly condemns the killing of Boris Nemtsov and pays tribute to the role he played as an opposition leader, founder and leader of the political movement Solidarnost, and leading critic of President Vladimir Putin. His killing is one of a growing number of unresolved politically—motivated murders and suspicious deaths perpetrated in Russia since 1998, including Anna Politkovskaya and Alexander Litvinenko. Members of the European Parliament are calling for an independent international investigation into the murder. Boris Nemtsov committed his life to a more democratic, prosperous, open Russia and to strong partnerships between Russia and its neighbours and partners."@en1
