lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report because I believe that employment and social considerations should be on a par with macroeconomic ones in terms of EU economic policy coordination. In-work poverty persists in Wales and low wages are a serious problem. We need to create good-quality, well paid and sustainable jobs. We also need security at work and an end to exploitative contracts and practises, as well as an end to discrimination. The report recognises these issues. Plaid Cymru has the policies to address these problems to revitalise the Welsh economy and ensure social protection for all workers."@en1
