lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the motion for a resolution on the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) because it is high time for the Council to make progress on setting a date for the start of accession negotiations. Starting negotiations will be crucial in helping FYROM achieve the necessary reforms in the fields of the rule of law, independence of judicial power and the fight against corruption. This can only be achieved however, if the current deadlock between political forces in the country is solved. Therefore I urge the Commission and High Representative Mogherini to work with all parties in FYROM to facilitate internal dialogue."@en1
