There are now 15 Member States in the Council of Ministers who want to move forward on this country. I do not accept responsibility here for what is happening today in this country, but we should accept that we have contributed to the conditions where this political crisis has been generated and I ask the current Presidency to do better than its predecessors in actually making good the words that she has shared with us tonight."@en1
