lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the ECB report for 2013 given that the main message of this report is that monetary policy alone is reaching its limits. I support the expansionary approach taken by the ECB, but it is crucial that the report stresses that we need to have the right policy mix of fiscal consolidation, structural reforms and public and private investments. I furthermore welcome the fact that it underscores the need to have a clearer mandate as lender of last resort to foster growth and employment, instead of just price stability."@en1
