lpv:spoken text	"I absolutely agree that they could benefit from Juncker’s plan and, if there is one thing we need to learn from the United States of America in terms of venture capital, it is that they use venture capital in a much more strategic way than we do in Europe. Why is it the case that successful businesses in Europe are frequently bought by US venture capitalists and transformed into multiglobal businesses, and we lose out in Europe? So I do see venture capital funding as an absolutely crucial way that we can provoke the European-wide economy. I very much agree with you."@en1
