If we do not have the opportunity to question speakers then what happens in this Chamber is merely a series of pre-prepared statements; it is not a debate. This question was supposed to go back to the Bureau but there has been no explanation whatsoever. So I would like to know, please: is there a reason why we are not having a debate today and could it be communicated to us if there is?"@en1
