lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I supported this resolution because I believe a sustainable solution to the crisis in Libya is long overdue and I sincerely hope that the new round of talks launched yesterday in Geneva will allow all major stakeholders to reach a sustainable agreement on political transition and bring an end to the appalling humanitarian crisis. However, I believe that just voicing our support is not enough. It is crucial that we start working on a coordinated EU strategy that will allow us to assist a future united Libyan Government in bringing back stability, especially as terrorist groups are increasingly finding a fertile breeding ground in Libya, posing a threat to citizens all over the world, including the EU."@en1
