Not all the countries here in the EU want to base their decisions on the hard evidence, but this vote today will allow Member States to make their own decisions on GM crops. The UK will see decision-making returned to it from the EU. This is what we Conservatives have been working for and will continue to work for, and I welcome the return of these powers to the UK."@en1
