lpv:spoken text	"I voted Abstention on the report "Protocol to the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement between the EC and Tunisia to take account of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU". I did so because much of the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement is affectively a classic free trade agreement which imposes liberalisation and privatisation on the people of that country and which I have serious concerns about. However although I do not favour the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement itself, it does already exist and this vote only amends it to allow for the accession of Romania and Bulgaria, which I recognise. For these reasons I voted abstention."@en1
