lpv:spoken text	"I voted with the majority in supporting the mobilisation of the Flexibility Instrument to finance the Cypriot Structural Funds programmes. After having examined all possibilities for re-allocating appropriations it appears necessary to mobilise the Flexibility Instrument for commitment appropriations. The Commission has proposed to mobilise the Flexibility Instrument to complement financing in the 2015 general budget of the European Union. A sum of EUR 79.8 million in commitment appropriations will go towards the financing of the Cypriot Structural Funds programmes."@en1
