lpv:spoken text	"I voted in support of the proposal for a regulation on the tariff treatment for goods originating from Ecuador. This regulation allows for stable trade flows from 1 January 2015, when Ecuador is due to lose trade preferences it enjoys for accessing the European market through the Generalised System of Preferences (GSP), until the recently concluded free trade agreement between the EU and Ecuador enters into force in 2016. The proposal acts as a desirable step to facilitate a seamless transition from the current trading conditions to the ones established by the trade agreement."@en1
