lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, at the last Strasbourg session, you ruled in favour of a group which was displaying flags, displaying signs which claimed opponents were racist, homophobic and all kinds of things, and in the same breath, you criticised the flags, the national flags, that were on our desks. Now, I have had a look at the rules since then, and Annex 15 to the Rules of Procedure of the European Parliament states that visual displays will be tolerated provided they are not offensive or defamatory. Now I think that ‘racist’ and ‘homophobe’ are allegations which are defamatory. Although I expect it sometimes of the hard-left Green group, perhaps others in this group do not. Mr President, could you tell us please: is the British flag in your opinion offensive or defamatory? What was the reason for your attacking it?"@en1
