lpv:spoken text	"The need for the Commission to regularly review the Impact Assessment guidelines towards SMEs is vital when we consider that the cost for an SME to comply with any regulation can be 10 times greater than for larger companies; at the same time there is a need to ensure that regulation which benefits workers is not undermined. To alleviate this problem the resolution calls for the Commission to establish a high-level Better Regulation Advisory Body involving both stakeholder expertise and national experts, which is why I voted in favour of this resolution."@en1
