lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, I sit on the Committee on Regional Development; we have gone through some of the discrepancies that show up and I accept that many of them are actually not anything sinister or malicious, they are genuine mistakes that get made. I think it is important is that we find a way for the system to allow for a more clear way of understanding, where people cannot get so confused. I actually believe that a vast majority of the discrepancies are done in good faith, but it is still taxpayers’ money, and if we have a system where people do not really understand what they are doing, there is a possibility that fraud could come through, and on a grand scale. While money is tight for all of us around Europe and every country is desperate to ensure the cash is used properly, I think there needs to be some work done to make sure that whatever money does go through this place is used properly and there are no errors or mistakes in the process."@en1
