The situation needs to be urgently addressed and the arms embargo to the country enforced. The EU must co-operate to support Libya in securing a ceasefire between the warring parties and putting the country on the path to peace. A partnership with regional players should be also actively promoted to help bring governance and help rid Libya of violence, terrorism and crime."@en1
