lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, in Northern Ireland the greatest impact of the Russian import ban is on the dairy sector. I am therefore calling on the Commission to review the prices set for intervention and to reintroduce export refunds as a priority. Introducing these measures would protect the industry and stabilise markets across the EU. I would also call on the Commission to ensure that these safety-net tools and compensation are delivered quickly, effectively and fairly, and not just to Member States which border Russia. A final word for the Commissioner: please do not give in to those Member States which have broken the rules and over-produced milk which they will be releasing into a market which is already experiencing a downward spiral in prices, thereby penalising farmers like those in Northern Ireland who have kept to the rules."@en¹
