"Mr President, if we were to accept this resolution, which is clearly aimed at warmongering politicians, this would also have a chilling effect on civilised nations taking action to protect peace and act on crimes against humanity. By the way this resolution has been drafted, senior military personnel who took careful advice before Iraq 2 would possibly face prosecution. Hence, we voted against, regrettably letting the politicians off the hook."@en1
