"Madam President, in the House of Commons in London, the Speaker of the House has no hesitation in interrupting the Prime Minister on a point of order or when he wants to call order in the House. I see no reason whatsoever why you should not interrupt the Council when they are speaking when there is a blatant disregard for the dignity of this House, with people standing up making demonstrations of this nature, and it should be stopped. I think there is something that is particularly absurd about a group of Communists complaining about occupation and military aggression in any context."@en1
