The problem we have at the moment is that we are getting more Europe, we are getting more legislation, more red tape strangling our businesses and of course if we deal with that problem then we will be much more competitive. And on terms of free movement, is the whole point not that different countries with different standards of living actually have different needs and that when you try to have a one-size-fits-all straitjacket affecting 28 different countries at once, then you know that it is not going to work? The free movement is a principle of the 1950s and the 1960s. We live today in a 21st century society and it is high-time that this place grew up and recognised that the future does not lie with the failed old EU institutions."@en1
