lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report. The new proposal lists the order in which countries will be nominating cities for the title until 2033. In addition to two Member States sharing the title each year, the proposal suggests that EU candidate or potential candidate countries can also nominate a European Capital of Culture every third year. Importantly, the Member State acts as host to the Capital, not the Council, and will designate a city based on the recommendations of the panel of experts."@en1
