Concerning the plenary Question Time, the provision rules in place currently are formalised, while a further innovation is proposed in the report: that rather than relying on ‘catch-the-eye’ speaking time will be allocated by ballot. Regarding written questions, the rules will now limit electronic submission of questions to five per month."@en1
