lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report, which proposes a hospitable environment for enterprises, businesses and start-ups to create jobs. The report aims to create the right environment for job creation, which will help to reach the EU2020 target of having 75[nbsp ]% of EU citizens in active employment by 2020. This report highlights a number of key points such as the concept that businesses – in particular SMEs and microenterprises – must be equipped with the knowledge and knowhow on how to access EU support through, for example, one-stop shops and web portals. Moreover, this report also welcomes innovative initiatives that help entrepreneurs, including the CREATE programme, Erasmus for young entrepreneurs and the Entrepreneurship Strategy 2020. The measures in this report will also help businesses to grow, create jobs and compete globally by removing unnecessary barriers which impose disproportionate costs."@en1
