This regulation will be of great benefit to Wales, since it provides a framework for the way in which inspections and other official controls along the agri-food chain should be organised, and it should also simplify the current rules. This proposal will also benefit the agricultural sector, as it aims to strengthen controls to deter fraud in the wake of the horsemeat scandal."@en1
