lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this proposal as it seeks to stregthen cooperation between the public employment services of the Member States by establishing a formal network. One of the objectives is to help implement and deliver on the Europe 2020 employment rate targets, including the reduction of unemployment for all age groups and for vulnerable groups. The network is also expected to contribute to cutting the duration of unemployment inactivity, to improve the functioning and integration of labour markets as well as the filling of vacancies, including though voluntary geographical and occupational mobility, and to help combat social exclusion. I also voted in favour of this proposal since the close cooperation of public employment services is an important contribution in order to combat unemployment and achieve higher employment rates in Europe. It must be ensured that all Member States participate in the exercise."@en1
