lpv:spoken text	"I have voted in favour of this proposal for a mandatory register for all NGOs and lobbying organisations engaged in EU-policy making. This proposal is an important step forward for the transparency of the EU institutions, in the interests of European citizens, as it provides a stronger and a more binding mandatory register than that which was set up in 2011. Besides requiring all registered lobbies to fully disclose ‘the identity of all clients represented’, this proposal also includes an incentive system which improves access to the Parliament’s premises, help in contacting MEPs, easier authorisation for organising or co-hosting events on its premises, facilitated transmission of information and participation as speakers in committee hearings."@en1
