lpv:spoken text	"I have voted in favour of this regulation as it aims to greatly improve all EU citizens’ access to higher Internet speed. This regulation guarantees all EU citizens to have Internet speeds of above 30 Mbps by 2020 and as a result all citizens will be kept up-to-date with the latest technology. This regulation also favours businesses and SMEs, as providing them with high-speed means that there will be an increase in competitiveness and growth. The Commission also calculates that a 10% increase in broadband speed will raise the GDP by 1% or even 1.5%."@en1
