lpv:spoken text	"I supported this report, which calls for greater transparency in energy, telecommunications, transport and postal services and increased protection for consumers. This own-initiative report highlights the measures needed to improve the accessibility and quality of utility services and focuses on these four major sectors. It is vitally important that consumersʼ needs are always taken into account and I support the call for Member States to invest in consumer education and information and the need to focus on vulnerable consumers. Many of my constituents in Wales are struggling with rising energy prices and enhanced consumer information and the transparency of tariffs is welcomed."@en1
