lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report looking at the mid-term review of the Stockholm programme. This review assesses the achievements made so far and points out what actions still have to be undertaken. The Stockholm programme sets out the EU’s priorities for the area of justice, freedom and security and I support the recommendation in this report that it should be a joint exercise between Parliament, Council and Commission. The issues covered by the programme, such as citizens’ rights and protection are vital and I support this report’s approach to call for a regular assessment of Member States’ compliance with the fundamental values of the EU."@en1
