lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report which criticises the Troika reforms in Ireland, Greece, Portugal and Spain. I support recommendations to help countries meet the 2020 objectives in the area of social and employment issues and also believe that an end should be brought to the Troika recovery programme and a social and job recovery plan should be put in its place. I echo calls for more emphasis to be put on supporting SMEs and getting banks to give credit to these businesses. I am disappointed that Tory MEPs did not support particular assistance to those most affected by cuts and young people suffering as a result of in-work poverty."@en1
