lpv:spoken text	"I supported this resolution which highlights the individual situations in a number of countries including Syria, Egypt, Sri Lanka, North Korea and Sudan. I fully agree with remarks in the resolution to address issues such as the death penalty, torture, LGBTI rights and children’s rights. We need to make sure that the EU is seen as a global player. This report sets out a clear position on behalf of the S&D Group that human rights issues are vitally important. Furthermore, I support continuing adequate funding for the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and funding to keep OHCHR offices open."@en1
