lpv:spoken text	"By voting in favour of this piece of legislation my colleagues and I have introduced some vital changes and made inroads in the fight against the deadly addiction to tobacco. Smoking is the greatest single cause of avoidable death in Wales, causing nearly one in five of all deaths in people aged 35 and over. With picture warnings now due to cover two thirds of the pack, I very much hope that Governments will take the extra step and remove branding from the remaining space. The measures, which will come into effect in mid-2016, will also ban products that are specifically targeted at children, e.g. chocolate flavour cigarettes and I fully support these measures to protect children from being cynically targeted by tobacco companies."@en1
