lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report because it will discourage many young people in Scotland from smoking. This directive will stop many of the practices used by tobacco companies to attract people to start smoking. For example it will stop packaging specifically aimed at women and flavoured cigarettes, which are more prevalent in other Member States than the UK. It will also make warnings bigger and ensure that packaging is plainer."@en1
