lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, for the past 18 months the population of Anbar Province, and indeed the six Sunni provinces in Iraq, have been demonstrating every week in their hundreds and thousands against the brutality, the oppression, the assassinations, the abuse of power and the corruption of Nouri Al-Maliki and his very sectarian government. He said that he would take them on. He has found the perfect excuse now for a bloodbath, and he is attacking the civilian population in Fallujah and Ramadi, telling the world that he is engaged in a war against terrorists. He has banned all reporting and closed off these cities to make sure there is no humanitarian access, and we are falling for it. Please, Minister, do not fall for this. Do not provide arms and aid to Maliki like the Americans are doing. He uses these arms to kill his own people. This is a genocidal war against the Sunni population. It is certainly not a war against terrorism."@en1
