The EU wants to attract talented non EU students and researchers, for example, in order to improve competitiveness in the EU. I agree that rules for certain migrants need to be better defined; for example trainees, volunteers and au pairs need to know what their entry requirements and residence conditions are. I also support the move to allow students and researchers to stay in the EU for up to a year after they have finished their studies in order to look for work and to have more time to set up businesses."@en1
