lpv:spoken text	"I backed today’s report that brings in to force new CO2 emissions targets in the EU. The reduction target, 95mg/km for new cars by 2020, is estimated to save consumers €340 on their fuel costs per year. I welcome the introduction of “super credits”, which is an incentive to manufacturers to produce vehicles with extremely low emissions. I also support wording in the text which calls for a new UN defined World Light Duty Test Procedure, which I hope will come into force by 2017 – this will enable customers choosing new cars to get better, more reliable information about the fuel efficiency of vehicles, and in turn, make more informed choices about what cars they buy."@en1
