lpv:spoken text	"I was strongly in support of this report and I am pleased that Parliament adopted it. It proposes binding climate and energy targets for 2030 on renewables, energy efficiency and greenhouse gases. This sends a strong message to the EU governments who will discuss the 2030 Roadmap at their March summit. I had received much correspondence from my constituents in Wales who are concerned that the EU should lead in the fight against climate change, and want ambitious targets. A 45% renewables target for 2030 would have been achievable but we have agreed on only 30%."@en1
