They are both to ensure that what we have previously agreed across the single market in the RRD, and the principles that we have agreed on the Banking Union, are respected again in this dossier. The first amendment is just to add the words ‘and non-participating’ after the words ‘each participating’. This is to make sure that every country gets a say when a bank that has a subsidiary in its jurisdiction is involved in a resolution process. I shall give the second one after we have voted this one."@en1
