It establishes rules to improve the safety of consumers and professionals, contribute to reducing the number and seriousness of accidents and harmonise safety rules in all the Member States while ensuring the free movement of products within the EU. These reports will help to maintain or improve high levels of consumer protection. This is of course of concern to my constituents in Wales who work in such circumstances."@en1
